My story

Hi, Im Jax! Im around 10 years old and weigh about 20 poundsjust the right size for snuggles. Life hasnt always been kind to me. I was left behind when my previous owner moved away, with no food, water, or electricity. But despite it all, Ive held onto my quirky spirit and zest for life. Some say I have a big personalityI can be a little moody at times, but thats part of my charm! Ive been through a lot, so I need someone patient and kind who understands that healing takes time and love. I have a few special needs: I live with Cushings Disease and sometimes Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), which are managed with medication and care. I also get daily eye drops to keep my eyes comfortable. But dont let that scare youIve still got plenty of tail wags, some cuddles, and love to give. I may be a senior, but my heart is full of hope. All I want is a safe, loving home where I can finally feel secure and cherished.
