A5704613 Meet Stacy , a 4-year-old Cane Corso with a gorgeous velvety black coat and the most soulful whiskey-colored eyes you’ve ever seen. Her docked tail and cropped ears may give her a tough look, but don’t be fooled - this gentle girl is a total marshmallow at heart! Her tiny tail nubbin does the sweetest wiggle when she feels safe and loved. A former overbred mama, Stacy is ready to leave her past behind and enjoy the pampered life she’s always deserved. She’s still so, so, scared at the shelter, so she’ll need a patient, loving adopter to help her bloom into her best self - maybe with the support of a calm canine companion to help build her confidence. With her love of treats and soft, warm nature, she has all the potential to become the most loyal best friend you’ve ever had. Come scoop up sweet girl Stacy today! -4 year old black Cane Corso -85 pound spayed female -up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! -came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 6/4/25 as a stray -gorgeous velvety black coat and deeply soulful whiskey colored eyes -her docked tail and cropped ears may make her look tough, but Stacy, is the sweetest, softest marshmallow of a pup at heart - just wait for her adorable tail nubbin to wiggle waggle when she's feeling happy and safe with you! -clearly an overbred former mama dog - but those days are far behind her, and it's her turn to be loved on and pampered like the big baby she is -very scared at the shelter, so will need an adopter with lots of patience and a kind, open heart to help draw Miss Stacy out of her shell - you'll be rewarded with a lifetime of love and loyalty in return! -looooooves treats, which definitely help to coax her to be brave and follow along - could make her a good candidate for additional training too -could benefit from a pet sibling to help build her confidence - would do best with other gentle and dainty pups STACY’S VIDEO: https://youtube.com/shorts/3Tq3B9AJy For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaa@unitedhopeforanimals.org Photo Credit @ jsumphotography Look up this or other animals at Baldwin Park Animal Care Center https://animalcare.lacounty.gov/view-our-animals/ Use their unique ID NUMBER.
