My story

Hello, my name is Melvin, I’m a very handsome 4yo, 14lb Terrier Mix. My pronouns are good boy/best boy! I am able to sit, stay, wait, and I hear the word "no" a lot. I am crate trained and tolerate it most of the time, it just takes me a minute to settle in. I currently have 4 doggie foster brothers and sisters which I enjoy hanging out with, even the cats company I enjoy, she’s okay in my book. I enjoy going for walks, LOVE car rides, hanging in the yard, playing with all my toys and being with my foster mom. I am leery of strangers and tend to be a little agitated until I get to know you so please be patient with me. With a steady routine and consistency I’m a good boy if you give me time. I would love a home that would allow me to have a fenced in yard to run around, a new furry brother or sister to play with and a quiet household without small children, I do not like sudden movements or loud noises. I'm currently being fostered in Brookfield WI and am anxiously anticipating a new home.
