My adoption fee will be waived July 18 and 19 as part of thePURR-OVER BREWS ADOPTION EVENT !!! Helena: POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES:Helena is affectionate and curious, has good litter box manners here at the shelter, and has good history for veterinarian handling. POTENTIAL CHALLENGES:Helena has mildly elevated kidney values, high blood pressure/hypertension, hyperthyroidism, tooth resorption and significant dental disease. Potential adopters will be provided with details about the above during their visit to meet Helena. Helena would benefit from a quiet household. COMPATIBILITY:Dogs: Potentially! No previous history of living with a dog, and will need complete separation to start with a very slow introduction.Cats: Possibly! No previous history of living with a cat, and will need a slow introduction to any existing household cats.Kids: Potentially! Mature children able to use petting consent tests.
