Charlotte is a beautiful older gal who came to ARF when her owner could no longer care for her. With her stunning blue eyes and gorgeous markings, you are sure to instantly fall in love. New people can be a bit overwhelming for Charlotte, but she warms up quickly with a gentle touch and some treats.
