My story

Aster is a resilient 2–3-year-old male cat who was found near the Galvan Hotel in Hudson alongside his companion, Tulip. When he arrived at our rescue, Aster had a few wounds and scratches—signs of a rough life on the streets. Thankfully, he’s now healing well and settling into the safety of our indoor/outdoor enclosure.Still a bit wary of humans, Aster is slowly beginning to adjust to his new surroundings. With time, patience, and a gentle approach, we believe this handsome boy has the potential to open up and learn that people can be kind. He’s looking for a calm, understanding home where he can feel secure and take things at his own pace.
