My story

Meow there. I'm Mamma Darling. A beautiful, black kitty cat that is super sweet and seeking a loving fur'ever home. I was rescued from a car engine with my two babies, Smudge & Spice. They are now old enough to find a loving home & I would like a place to call my own too. I am about 2 years old. I am very loving but still young and love to play. I was found outside with my babies living in a vehicle engine, and while I was initially protective, I've settled right into indoor life and my people think I was once living indoors. I love to lounge, watch the birds from the window, climb the cat tree, play, hang out with my favorite people and meal and treat time is a real highlight. If you're looking for a great independent cat, I'm your girl.  I have my vetting done! I have been spayed, had my vaccinations. tested for FIV/FELV, preventative flea & dewormer, and I'm microchipped. So, what are you waiting for? If you'd like to meet me,  fill out an application. Every Saturday & Sunday, Frisco Humane Society has Adopt-A-Pet events at PetSmart at 3333 Preston Road, Frisco, TX. FHS has different adoptable cats there all weekend & adoption counselors on site to help, from Noon - 4 p.m.  &#226&#128&#139    Interested in one of our cats/dogs? First step it to fill out the required adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs), FeLV/FIV tested (cats), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on our personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval.
