My story

Meet Pookie! Your new best friend in the making. Pookie is a people-loving, treat-motivated cuddle bug cutie patootie. She’s always excited to make new friends and never says no to a good snuggle or a tasty snack. Smart and eager to please, Pookie already knows “sit” and “down,” and she’s ready to learn even more, especially if there are treats involved. She did well on her shelter cat test and could likely live with a respectful feline friend. When it comes to other dogs, she prefers to be a bit selective, so meet-and-greets are a must. If you're looking for a loving companion who’s equal parts snuggly and smart, Pookie just might be your perfect match.
