My story

Pet Location: Wayside Waifs Campus I’m Enrolled In A Training Program: I am a graduate of our Waifs With Wisdom program, where I learn basic commands and leash walking skills. My adoption comes with a free 30 minute private training session to see what I learned in class! I am also currently enrolled in Waifs with Wisdom 2, where I am learning more advanced commands and continuing my learning!I am a graduate of our LIFT University program. This is a program for dogs to learn confidence in new situations, and also to work on their impulse control. Can Live In Apartments: YesRequires Fenced In Yard: NoHousetrained (Potty-trained): Appears to be Housetrained at WaysideI am deaf. I might not be able to hear but you can see all the love I give!Can Go Home With Other Dogs: Yes, but must meet any current dogs in the home before adoption. If you have another dog in the home, please arrive before 4pm on our open adoption days to have them meet!Does Well With Cats: UnknownCan Go Home With Children: Yes but kids in the home must be 10 or older. Since I am deaf I startle easily, and I get very excited to see and meet new people. Must Meet All Family Members Before Going Home: Recommended--to make sure I am good match for everyone in the home. I love to play and get treats. I would love an active home to help me exercise and help me continue my learning. I come when you look at me and pat your leg.
