My story

Meet Sandwiches (Sammy) – a curious, quirky kitten with a big heart and a little meow to match! Sammy is under a year old and was found on the streets of Beaumont. She’s sweet, independent, and loves affection—on her terms, of course. She’ll follow you around the house and roll around on the floor until you give in to her request for pets. She enjoys lounging in sunny spots, chasing her favorite worm toy, and occasionally sneaking up on her foster siblings (just to remind them she’s still the boss). While she’s still warming up to other cats, she’s learning how to share her space—kind of. Sammy would thrive in a home where she can be herself: playful, cuddly when she’s ready, and always a little bit silly!
