Meet Miss Hazel   Also known as: Ann, Annie, or affectionately—Naked Girl Breed: Shih Tzu Age: Estimated 2 years old   Once down on her luck, now a full-on ray of sunshine—Hazel’s comeback story is one for the books.   She was found wandering the streets of Minneapolis, in rough shape and in desperate need of care. Severely matted and covered in bruises, Hazel had to be shaved just to begin healing—earning her the lovingly cheeky nickname, “naked girl.” But don’t let the haircut fool you: Hazel is beauty, spunk, and bounce all in one fluffy package (fur growing back nicely, thank you!).   Cautious? Not this girl. Hazel has done more than recover—she’s thriving. Now a confident, playful, people-loving whirlwind, she’s living the life she probably always dreamed of.   Hazel loves:   Playing with doggy friends and making new ones everywhere she goes Zooming through the house with joyful energy Being adored by every human she meets—and the feeling is mutual!
