My story
Philippe is one of 200 dogs recently rescued from a Commercial Breeder. With the help of Bissel Pet Foundation and National Mill Dog Rescue, ARF was able to take in 21 breeder survivors. Philippe is an adorable little guy who needs someone to help keep him calm. The shelter is an overwhelming place, especially when you've just come from a commercial breeder. He can be selective with his canine friends, but does find confidence in those he likes. Philippe requires a calm and quiet house who can be patient with him. It will take time for him to bond with someone, but we know that once he does-it will last a lifetime.
