My story

Cupid is a 9 month old female Hound/Pit mix, who is ready to be someone’s loyal companion and ultimate lovebug. She currently shares a pen with her brother Comet, and they both happily greet people as they approach, always eager for a little affection and more than willing to return it. Cupid is an active playful girl, but she has also quickly picked up good leash manners, showing signs of being a fast learner. One especially touching moment came when she met a small toddler - without being asked, Cupid calmly sat as the child approached and waited patiently for the greeting, showing incredible manners and sweetness for such a young pup. Her sweet friendly nature and eagerness to connect will make her a wonderful companion for a loving home. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA.
