I’m a 7-year-old pit bull terrier with a heart as big as my smile. I may be a senior by age, but don’t let that fool you, I’ve got plenty of wiggles, tail wags, and love to give! I’m the kind of dog who just lives to be near my people. Whether we’re going for a leisurely stroll or snuggling up on the couch, I’m happiest when I’m by your side!I’ve got great home experience and know how to be a good roommate. At Wayside, I keep my kennel clean like a pro, and I’ve been told I have excellent manners. I’m a big ol’ couch potato at heart, but I’ll never say no to a laid-back walk where I can sniff around and enjoy the day. I’m also very wiggly, like full-body wiggly, when I get to greet my favorite humans!While I enjoy meeting other dogs here at the shelter, the folks at Wayside think I’d do best as the only pet in the home. I’ll definitely need to meet any potential dog siblings first to make sure we’re a good match. But honestly? I’m so people-focused, I’m more than happy to have you all to myself.If you’re looking for a goofy, loving, affectionate companion who’s equal parts sweet and snuggly, I might be the Zeus for you.
