My story

Meet Sheldon! Sheldon was surrendered to us in 2021 by a gentleman who wasn’t taking care of him properly. (See before photo) After his vetting process, he was adopted right away by a wonderful woman who gave him the kind of life he had only dreamed about until then. Unfortunately, she passed away recently and he was returned to us. A neighbor of Sheldon’s said that he’s a very, very good boy. Most of the time she would visit with them, he was laying at her feet and always on his very best behavior. Sheldon does have some medical issues that will need daily attention for the rest of his life, so he’ll need to find someone who’s willing to commit to his needs. He has hypothyroidism, which requires a pill twice a day. Usually Thyroid medication isn’t too expensive. He also has Chronic Eye Inflammation which requires drops. Eye drops can vary in price, depending on which kind he’ll need. This little guy hasn’t had the best luck in life and he’s hoping that his guardian angel sees his ad.
