My story

Introducing Harrison! He has come such a long way since we got him - he is a completely new dog. He can't get enough of petting, kissing and love. It is totally miraculous and he is such a brave boy. He is guessed to be around 7 years old and weighs 6.2 lbs. When we first got him he was so very scared and didn't want anything to do with being touched. He came from a hoarding situation and we guess he never had any exposure to new people or anything outside of his home, nor much physical contact. Harrison has been treated for heartworm disease and made it through the treatment wonderfully. Harrison is not currently leash trained- so will need a lot of work on that. He gets along with other dogs and cats and respectful children. Harrison's adoption donation of $395 helps cover the cost of his medical care. Adopters must live within a 1.5 hour driving distance from Romeoville, IL. Reference checks and a home visit is required.
