My story

We love Mashed Potato! She was on an adventure when spotted and arrived to the shelter on 6/20. She has a micro-chip but sadly her family did not come for her. Mashed Potato is 1 year old and weighs in at 34 pounds. She is beyond cute and we are loving those ears! She has a heart as big as Texas. She knows to sit, stay and lay down when asked. This girl is ready for a forever home. Would you be her new best friend? Ask for ID# 5915 Run 16. She is spayed and micro-chipped. She has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
