My story

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION BEAUMONT is currently in foster care in Houston, Texas and the adoption fee includes his transportation if interested there is an application on our website https:/www.houstonshaggydogrescue.org/apply/ Beaumont is a sweet dog, he craves attention, loves to sit on your lap and get lots of petting ,he will jump up on you to get the spot on your lap, we did his Dna , he's a chihuahua /poodle/mini schnauzer mix with 7 other breeds thrown in !! he will play with the other rescues and can be a little territorial with his space if the other dogs try to butt in , he is approx 1 year old and 13 lbs.. he is ready for his new home , he would probably prefer to be an only child or with one other laid back dog, he is a little bit of a fear biter at the vets etc and does not like his head and face being trimmed and will get snippy per his groomer He is not suitable for children , perfect for an older adopter who has time to work with him, he is not good on a leash and will need a harness and some training, the house training is pretty good but not perfect ... THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY IN FOSTER CARE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS, OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require a home with experienced dog owners only and no children under that age of 12 years. The total adoption fee of $400 ( and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. Some of our dogs are still in Texas in foster care. Our application is online at https:/www.houstonshaggydogrescue.org/apply/
