My story

Meet Solar! 🌞 Solar is a 12-week-old brown tabby with a soft, striped coat and a gentle personality. Born to a stray momma cat, Solar was rescued along with his brother Eclipse and lovingly socialized in a foster home. This sweet boy is quiet and observant, but don’t let his calm nature fool you he loves to play and explore when he’s feeling comfortable. Solar enjoys the company of other cats and would thrive in a home where he has a feline friend or a patient adopter ready to help him blossom.  He’s already come such a long way and is ready to bring a warm, gentle energy into his forever home. Could that be with you? PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states.  Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel.
