Billy

My story

Billy Bones is an absolute ray of sunshine. He loves hiking, swimming, meeting doggie friends, running around in a big yard, and most importantly, curling up on the couch. He's also down for a leisurely afternoon stroll with his mama. Without a doubt, his beaming smile will melt anyone's heart, and he makes new friends every day. He's always excited to greet us and guests, and he does a cute little howl when he's happy. Billy is neutered, up-to-date on his shots, and very well-trained. He has been working with a professional trainer for the past few months. He is crate trained, potty trained, and knows an array of commands like: sit, stay, down, place, crate, watch, and the word "quick" for recall. He's sharp-witted and loves to make his owners happy. At his daycare, he passed the tests with flying colors! There, he is known as a social butterfly and the life of the party. Billy is SUPER food oriented and will do absolutely anything for a piece of cheddar or a nibble of a hot dog. Unfortunately, his tummy doesn't do well on grain (including rice), so we avoid that. Unfortunately, Billy is unable to safely live with our cat. This is our reason for rehoming him. I would strongly advise that Billy have a home without a cat. My husband and I love Billy dearly and hope that we can find him a wonderful home and a family who will cherish him for all of his quirks. Billy is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster. All behavior and medical information is provided by their caretaker, and TLP encourages all adopters to verify the information with their caretaker prior to adoption.
