My story

Hey there! My name is Philip and I’m at the Santa Maria Campus. I’m a 1 year 1 month old, male, Husky Mix who came to SB Humane hoping to find a loving family to call my own. I am friendly, cuddly and always ready to be by your side. I am great with other dogs and love going to the park. I do great with children of all ages. I am a gentle giant if you will. I am great on leash, and would love to be your running buddy to keep that "summer physique". I know some commands, and my friends here at the shelter are helping with my training every day! You would love to add me to your family if you want a warm and bubbly personality to keep you smiling through all these long summer days. Interested in meeting me? Animals adopted from Santa Barbara Humane have been spayed/neutered, are current on vaccinations, and are microchipped. Adoptions include a complimentary health exam from a participating veterinarian, a starter bag of Purina food, and discounted dog training class fees. All the supplies you need are available at SBH Retail Centers and sales help support our programs.
