My story

Red the gorgeous puppy is quite the mix - German shepherd + red poodle + xolo, + bully = uniquely handsome! Red is 6 months old and weighs 25 lbs. With his puppy curiosity, he is super friendly with people and other dogs. He is friendly with kids too, but older kids (10+) would be best as Red is just an energetic kid himself, wanting to jump and play, play, play! This adorable puppy is in urgent need of a loving foster home. His elderly owner, who has cherished and cared for him deeply, can no longer meet physically take care of him due to her declining health. Red has not been cat tested. We’re looking for a compassionate foster who can give him stability, attention, and structure. We just need someone to open their heart and home to help this sweet boy. Just like all puppies, he needs some guidance to learn how to be a dog, but the love & devotion he has to give is worth it! Red is currently in the NYC area and can be transported to approved fosters/adopters.
