Meet Genie!This sensitive two year old boy is waiting for that purrfect person to give him a kind, quiet forever home. Brought to our shelter from a hoarding situation, this boy`s life has been far from the normal housecat`s. A wallflower at heart, Genie is looking for a quiet cozy place where he is able to relax the days away.Due to his sensitive nature, Genie takes a bit longer than the average cat to warm up to new people. But with a bit of time (and a few yummy snacks) he is quick to thank you for your patience with sweet head butts. He would likely do best in a low-traffic home free from loud noises and busy movement.Genie has lived with other cats previously, and may appreciate some feline companions in his forever home. However because of his sensitivity we highly recommend slow introductions to any potential kitty siblings. A slow intro will help ensure that both Genie and his new feline family members feel safe and comfortable adjusting to each other`s presence.
