My story

Six-month-old Checkers is active and sweet-natured. His favorite hobbies include playing with other dogs and challenging them to tug-of-war, running around the yard, chewing on toys, and jumping. Unlike other puppies his age, however, he is gentle and understands when it’s time to chill. Checkers is a smart boy who is quickly learning the ropes with housetraining and picks up new commands easily. At night, he sleeps soundly in his playpen or in bed with his people. Due to his youthful age, Checkers’ ideal forever family will have one person at home most of the time to continue his training and socialization, and to ensure he gets plenty of exercise.
