Wendy gave her whole heart to raising her puppies—now she’s ready to be the one who’s cherished. This sweet, affectionate girl arrived at the rescue very pregnant and poured every ounce of love into caring for her little ones. With her puppies all adopted, Wendy is finally ready to start the next chapter of her life as someone’s beloved companion. She bonds deeply with her humans and is fantastic with kids of all ages. She also does great with other dogs, making her a wonderful fit for a loving family home. Wendy is crate trained, uses the dog door like a pro, and happily settles into the daily rhythm of family life. While she has a gentle, nurturing side, Wendy is also high energy and gets excited when meeting new people—her tail wags are full-body wiggles! She would thrive in an active home that can give her both structure and fun. Wendy has already been a hero—now she’s ready to be someone’s heart dog. Wendy’s adoption donation includes her age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, spay, microchip, collar, leash, and toys. Apply below to adopt Wendy. We are a foster-based rescue with foster homes primarily in Goodyear and Buckeye, AZ. Once your application is approved, you will travel to the foster home for your adoption appointment.
