My story

Hi! My name is Diamond I am a 3-year-old, spayed Collie Mix. I am microchipped, heartworm tested and current on my vaccines. 3 words that describe me: Athletic, happy, and affectionate Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: My friends at the shelter say I am an affectionate girl who is full of happy energy. They said I have a "wiggle butt" Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10) 8/10 Housetraining Status: I am good at keeping my kennel clean here at the shelter although when I go home, I may need some time and patience while I get used to my new routine I should do well in a home: I should do good in a home with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. Staff at the shelter recommend I go to a home with kids 10+ but they are unsure how I would do in a home with cats. My favorite activities are: I love getting cuddles, I will even nudge your hand if you stop! Things I need work on are: I could use some more work on my basic commands Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: O n my first ever doggy day out, I was described as being; "Energetic, Sweet, Interested in people, gentle and fun!!"
