My story

If you’re looking for a large, distinguished companion, Frumpy could be just right for you. This senior dog is hoping to find a cozy, loving home. He participates in our Shelter Skip Day Program, and everyone agrees on his great qualities. Frumpy has a friendly personality and gets along well with people and other dogs. He has exhibited excellent leash manners, enjoys hikes through the nature preserve, and loves exploring new places—especially the river. During hikes, he always carries his ball, and he remains calm on car rides while watching the scenery, especially when horses are around. Affectionate and energetic for his age, Frumpy would make a wonderful addition to any caring home.
