Cinta

My story

Cinta is a spunky little girl who is just gorgeous! She has a shy and timid personality at first but can sure be the life of the party once she settles and gets to know you. She currently weighs about 25 lbs. Cinta was rescued with her brother and mom from the back of a very unpleasant gas station. The vets suspected they were born out in the elements, so she has been adapting to life indoors. Cinta LOVES the hose, she will run around the backyard chasing the water and doesn’t mind getting sprayed down a little in the process. Cinta is very food driven and will do well with positive reinforcement and praise. She knows how to wait for her food when it’s dinner time and sit when she feels like it. Cinta is almost potty trained, she will need a family that will keep up with basic obedience commands, socialization and potty training! Cinta will be spayed before she gets adopted. We are a RESCUE GROUP, not a shelter, and all of our animals are in foster homes. To start the adoption process, email us at adoptions@earstexas.org requesting an application. Submitting an application does not commit you in any way, but helps us make the best match between people and our available dogs. Your current or past dogs must be inside dogs who have been spayed/neutered and are on heartworm prevention. All of the dogs in our program are inside dogs and are completely vetted including all vaccinations, spayed/neutered, free of internal parasites, microchipped, heartworm negative and on prevention before adoption. Our adoption process includes an application, check of vet records or personal references, interview, neutral site meet & greet with the dog and your family, and a home visit.
