My story

Elaine is a sweet, gentle, low-energy girl who loves cuddles, quiet company, and lots of naps. A true couch potato, she prefers being indoors but enjoys short walks and occasional park visits. She’s still learning leash skills and needs a patient, attentive walker due to her slow pace and limited vision. Elaine, at 17 pounds, is very affectionate and polite—she softly seeks out pets and loves meeting people, especially kids. She’s not overly interested in toys but will nudge small plushies with her nose. While partly house-trained, she still has occasional accidents. She gets along well with calm environments, ignores large dogs, and shows friendly interest in small dogs. She’d likely do best in a home with small dogs or no dogs at all. Elaine hasn’t met cats but would probably ignore them. She’s a quiet, soulful companion whose gentle presence brings calm and comfort to everyone she meets. (AO)

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Elaine, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
