My story

Hi! My name is Ken and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by a good samaritan on June 25, 2025.I weigh 70.0 lbs and am considered `large breed` dog.I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy. Due to my energy I would thrive best in a home without younger children.My caregivers note I can be a bit forward and pushy with other dogs, so I am looking for a home with no dogs; or a home with a very tolerant and playful dog who has pet parents that are ready to work with my personality. My doggy interactions will need to be carefully supervised so I won`t get myself into more mischief than you can get me out of. Dog to dog meetings can been facilitated at RASKC! Just ask the staff!My caregivers mention that I appear to be potty-trained and a dog that always wants to be on the go-go-go. I am looking for an active-family.I am known to be an escape artist so I will need a secured yard and to be on leash at all times when let outside.I am a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!
