My story

She may be small, but she’s making big waves! At just 25 lbs, Layla is the perfect pint-sized companion — easy to carry, easy to love, and just the right fit for a calm, cozy home. This shy girl came to us unsure of the world, but she’s slowly learning that life can be soft, sweet… and a little splashy. Her favorite pastime? Dunking her face in the water bowl and crawling under the dog house like it’s her own secret grotto. Layla is dog-friendly, but not a fan of cats — she'd thrive best with a pup friend who respects her space. She’s still gaining confidence, but each day she gets a little braver and a little closer to becoming someone’s forever shadow. If you’ve got a quiet home and a lot of love, Layla’s ready to trade her fins for feet and join your world. **Layla is being fostered in Texas. Paid transport can be arranged.
