Dumped off at a shelter, Rufus didn't have much going for him. But that didn't stop his optimistic and go-lucky personality to keep shining. Rufus is a playful little lad who is ready for his second chance at finding a forever home. From belly rubs and head pats to enjoying a nice car ride and walk, Rufus will be your next best friend.
