Meet Andrew! ❤️ Andrew is a 3-year-old beagle with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. At just 13 pounds, he’s the perfect size to curl up in your lap—and he’d love nothing more than to be your cuddle buddy. Andrew is a gentle soul who may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but give him a little time and he’ll blossom into a loyal, affectionate companion. He’s also great with other dogs and would enjoy a calm canine friend to help him feel at home.
