Angelina’s story began when a kind tenant at an apartment complex contacted us about a pregnant cat curled up on her porch. We took the mama in, and not long after, she gave birth to one perfect little kitten—Angelina. Angelina has grown into a healthy, happy kitten who loves to play, pounce, and explore. She’s full of personality and affection, and she’s ready to find a forever home where she’ll be loved and cherished. It would be wonderful if Angelina could be adopted with her mama, Callie, as they share a sweet bond—but it’s not required. As long as there’s another young cat in the home for her to play and bond with, she’ll thrive! Kittens do best with a playmate, and studies show having a feline friend can be incredibly beneficial for their social and emotional well-being, providing comfort and support throughout their lives. Angelina is fully vetted and ready to bring joy and love to her new family. Apply today and make Angelina a part of your home! Transport available to the New England area. All pets are microchipped, and the registration fee paid for lifetime. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, up to date shots, Microchip, Alabama Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. Please be advised that our volunteers are busy rescuing, transporting, and caring for our animals. We will respond to your application as soon as possible. Upon review of your application, the rescue in AL will contact you, so you can ask any specific questions that you may have. NOTE: All Paws of Dixie animals are located in AL foster homes. They will be transported north after adoption. If there is more than one decision maker in the home, all of them should be in agreement. We DO NOT adopt to anyone under the age of 21.
