My story

**Shy-Affectionate-Playful*** Rocket is looking for a special adopter with a quiet home and patience to help him settle in. He has a hard time with transitions, but once he is comfortable, he will share his goofy antics and drooly face rubs with his adopters. He is the best boy and worth the time and effort! Once he gets to know you he loves attention and wants to be near you. He's not exactly a lap cat, but he loves to flop next to you for some belly rubs. If you work from home, he'll be happy to demand frequent breaks to pet and snuggle him. He has lived with cats before, however he did engage in some dominant behavior with a senior cat in his previous home. It's believed he can be in a home with other cats given a proper introduction and similar playful temperament. He might even be okay with a cat-savvy dog! He can be shy at first and will not be the life of the party if you have guests over, but he will absolutely be your special buddy. He loves brushing and is tolerant of nail trimming. He likes playing with wand toys and batting around little balls.
