My story

💙 Meet Felix — Looking for a quiet place to call home Felix is a sensitive schnauzer mix who’s looking for a calm, kid-free home where he can feel safe, loved, and understood. He’s available as a foster-to-adopt and just needs a gentle routine and a little time to come out of his shell. Felix is currently in training and working hard to learn how to be a good boy! His future adopter would need to be willing to learn and continue his training with him. At heart, Felix is a goofy, playful boy — he LOVES toys, food puzzles, and running full-speed in the yard with a squeaky ball 🎾💨 He’s crate trained, nearly potty trained, and picks up training quickly with guidance and treats. Pupperoni is his fave! 😋 He can be nervous with new people and places, but with patience and a simple intro plan (crate time, drag leash, and lots of calm), he blossoms into the funniest, most affectionate little guy. 💞 Felix gets along with other dogs, though he can play rough, he just needs a reminder to be gentle. He is not very interested in cats. He just needs someone willing to go slow, offer security, and let him come to you when he’s ready.
