My story

Meet Lyla – The Bold & Beautiful Brainiac! Lyla is a 10-week-old sable stunner with a classic black muzzle and bright, inquisitive eyes that seem to take in everything at once. Possibly a German Shepherd/Malinois mix, she came to us from a local shelter with her sister Lily, and is already turning heads with her smarts, sass, and striking good looks. Weighing around 10 pounds now, Lyla is expected to grow into a lean and athletic 40–60 pound adult. She’s quick-witted, eager to please, and thrives on activity. Whether it’s tug-of-war in the backyard, a puppy puzzle, or working on her sit-stay skills, she’s all in. Lyla is looking for a forever home that’s not only active and experienced, but also ready to provide both physical exercise and mental enrichment. A fenced yard is a must, and a well-mannered dog sibling would be a huge bonus—someone to play with and help guide her growing mind and body in the right direction. This playful pup is also super snuggly once she’s had her fun, and she bonds quickly to her people. She’s already been spayed and is in the process of finishing her puppy vaccines so she’ll be ready for adventures and formal training soon. We do keep applications on file for 90days in case the dog you apply for it already adopted or not the right fit simply email us to forward your application on to another dog of interest. Our dogs are in foster homes all over the Bay Area and all adopters are required to travel to the foster home to meet. We do not have a facility. No meet and greet can happen until application is completed. Our Commitment to Our Dogs Every dog in our care receives comprehensive veterinary care, including: • Spay/Neuter surgery • Microchipping • DHPP vaccination • Flea treatment and deworming • Rabies vaccination • Any additional vet care as needed The adoption fee for this dog is $300 serving as a non-refundable donation to help cover vetting, transport, and care costs.
