My story

Have you ever heard of a 34lb Pug? I`ll do you one better, have you ever seen a Pug that is bigger than 15lbs? Well boy do I have the chance for you to meet a 34lb Pug!! A 3 year old, certified good boy, this big guy is Mega Pug for obvious reasons, but if you didn`t catch it, it`s because he is so huge! He may not look like a lot of dog, but he sure is a lot of PUG! This simply means that all of little Pug qualities are amplified times 34! A lap dop? No problem! A running/hiking buddy? Mega Pug has got you covered with his amazing leash skills! Or simply someone to share your bed with, Mega Pug is ready to be there for all your doggy needs!Mega Pug had the great opportunity to go on a Hounds Around Town Trip with ine of our volunteers and they had this to say avout him: `I had the pleasure of taking Mega Pug out for the Hounds Around Town and what a fantastic outing it was! Mega Pug is like a mini mastiff—he`s the perfect size and an absolute joy to have in the car. He loves having the window down, and it`s clear he enjoys the ride! Our first stop was Patrick Smith Park, where he was all about sniffing and scratching. Every time he peed, he’d immediately scratch the ground—it was too funny! From then on, his new nickname is `Sniff and Scratch.` We ventured over to the stream, but he wasn`t interested in getting his paws wet. Next, we headed to the Railyard for the Farmer`s market. Mega Pug was the social butterfly, meeting and greeting all sorts of friendly strangers. We even encountered a huge Great Dane, and Mega Pug, being the cool, calm dog he is, didn’t bark but just wanted to say hi. ll in all, he’s a 5-star doggo—so easy-going, friendly, and full of personality. What a great companion for the event!`Mega Pug’s adoption fee is $400. He is a SHELTER HERO!!! This means that 100% of his higher adoption fee is used to offset the cost of caring for the other animals at the shelter.
