439 (2025) Faith

My story

Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! From the foster: Is your dog looking for a dog? Faith is that girl! That's not to say Faith doesn't desperately want a human to love her, she does, she is just working on her trust issues. She takes a minute (or week) to warm up. Faith needs someone who truly understands the 3 day, 3 week, 3 month rule with dogs. At only 10 months old, I don't think anyone has gotten to see her true puppy personality. Right now, she likes playing with her foster brothers and going on walks. She is slowly warming up and inching closer for pets from her human but there is progress to be made. Faith really would thrive in a home with another dog (or 2!). Her previous foster said she is also cat friendly. But the best home for Faith is one that understands she is still learning to trust people and she really wants to but it will take time. While Faith has trust issues, in no way are her trust issues aggression, she is the sweetest girl in the entire world. When she finds the right person who helps her build the confidence she hasn't had the chance to, she will be a new doggy! Faith is currently 47 pounds at 10 months old, she is most likely done growing but will fill out more. She loves going on walks and when she gets more confident she will be a great hiking or running buddy. She sleeps in a crate at night and when left alone at home. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt
