My story

To know Stover is to love Stover. You really cannot lay eyes on this goofy and kindhearted boy without falling head over heels for him! Stover makes the best first impression, and then is a gift that keeps on giving! He greets everyone will full body wags and radiates joy. Poor Stover was brought into Chicago Animal Care and Control in mid-May by a good samaritan who believed he had been hit by a car while running loose. Stover did have some wounds including mild swelling and slight dislocation of his leg, but with the help of CACC's vets and lots of rest, Stover has made a full recovery. We are sad that this amazing boy waiting over 6 weeks at CACC for rescue, but we are so happy to be the lucky ones that got him. Stover loves dogs, cuddles, and will bring his future person/people so much happiness. Stover is the best of the best, and we sure hope you will come in soon and see why we feel the need to go on and on about this special boy! Stover’s adoption fee is $300. This animal is neutered, up to date on core vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
