Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue AFFECTIONATE, CUDDLY, AND DELIGHTFULLY PLAYFUL Meow! I’m Timber, a charming and gentle soul born around June 22, 2022, and the volunteers here say that anyone who welcomes me into their home will be incredibly fortunate. I’m truly the whole package—a loving, affectionate companion with a playful spirit and a heart full of warmth. One of my most endearing traits is my soft, unique squeaky meow—almost kitten-like—that I use whenever I’m seeking your attention. I’m a master of affection, happily weaving between your legs, pressing my head to your hands, and following you around like a devoted little shadow. I thrive on closeness and adore being right by your side, soaking up every ounce of love you offer. I’m remarkably mellow and gentle—I even let volunteers hold me like a baby, cradling me with ease. And when it comes to having fun, I’m as laid-back as they come—I’ve even allowed myself to be dressed up without a fuss, because honestly, anything that means more attention from my humans is a win in my book! Food is definitely a favorite pastime—especially canned meals and tasty treats—but what I treasure most is curling up next to you on the couch, whether you’re engrossed in a football game or the evening news. I’m eager to bond with children and would make a delightful family companion, full of love, playfulness, and gentle snuggles. I get along well with other cats and am ready to share my affection with a loving family. While I haven’t had experience with dogs, I’m confident that my sweet, adaptable nature will help me settle into the perfect home. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
