My story

Homer is a 5-year-old, 14-pound Yorkie with a big heart and an even bigger love for people. He came to Camo Rescue as an owner surrender alongside his beloved brother, Archie—and these two are a bonded pair who must be adopted together. Homer is the social butterfly of the duo. He’s never met a stranger he didn’t like and absolutely thrives on attention. Whether it’s playtime in the yard or soaking up snuggles from new friends, Homer is happiest when he’s in the spotlight (and preferably surrounded by love!). He enjoys roaming around the yard, occasionally chasing a toy, but more than anything, he loves being close to his people and sticking by Archie’s side. Homer and Archie would do well in just about any loving home—whether that’s a family with kids or an adult-only household. They also get along great with other dogs and would enjoy canine companions. If you're ready for double the love and double the fun, Homer and Archie are waiting to meet you! Adoption fee is: $375 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs. EIN # 46-5486022
