*** Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Darwin are in a foster home. ***Brisbane #19763: solid gray, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 4/18/25Sydney #19764: solid gray, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 4/18/25Melbourne #19765: solid gray, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 4/18/25Darwin #19766: solid gray, short hair, neutered male, born approx. 4/18/25Cats: must have playmate Dogs: greatChildren: all agesBACKGROUND: Our Aussie kittens were about ten days old when they were found under a porch in Escondido where they had been crying for several days with no mother to be found; they went to a bottle-feeding foster to be raised. When they arrived, the all-gray group looked like itty-bitty koalas… hence the names!PERSONALITY: Loving, playful, and sweet… they are all well-adjusted darlings!---Brisbane (aka Brisby) and Sydney view people as cat furniture and love to be on you (Brisby nestles on your neck and chews your hair), but also love to roam and play. Their fav type of toy? Wands!! They have the loudest purrs of the group and are diligent about grooming: washing each other or letting the adult cats or dog take care of their ablutions.---Melbourne (aka Melby) is a little more reserved and is definitely the cuddler and observer. She’ll find a perch during play breaks where she can rest and watch… the better to steal pom-poms or mice from her siblings so she can proudly carry it around the house.---Darwin is the only boy and he’s a funny one. This hunter is always stalking and pouncing on his siblings; his high energy drives him to find all the random fun things like packing paper and box forts in addition to loose toys. He has a loud purr and will cheerfully lie on you when he decides that he’s finally tuckered out, but only then because he’s a busy busy boy! COMPATIBILITY: The graybies adore each other and other cats; they each must have a kitty playmate—we highly recommend siblings or foster friends! There are two adult dogs in their foster home: the smaller one likes to groom them and the kittens climb all over her. They have been regularly handled by toddlers and do very well with gentle young friends. Will a fuzzy kitten-koala or two be in your future?
