My story
This is Wilson, a teeny 9-lb. Chihuahua mix who is looking for a new family! Wilson is 6 years old and was transferred to us from another rescue. Wilson is relatively easy-going and mellow. He likes to go on slow strolls with lots of sniffing. He’s open to being picked up and carried. Wilson has old rear leg injuries which impact his gait but don’t affect his ability to get around; however, they may need further attention in the future if they begin to bother him or limit his mobility. Wilson is protective of his food but only when other dogs are around. Therefore we will not adopt him to a home that has another dog. We believe Wilson would be fine with older, responsible children.
