Meet Tipper! Tipper is a super sweet and affectionate 2-year-old Chihuahua mix who’s ready to shower her forever person with love. This little cuddlebug absolutely adores being cradled like a baby and will melt into your arms during tummy rubs. She’s all about companionship, snuggles, and endless kisses.
