How this pet arrived: Meow was brought in by his previous owner on May 30, 2025.Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Meow! Do you like your cats big, opinionated, and built like a sturdy casserole dish? Then may we introduce Meow: 23 pounds of feline majesty, mood, and magnificence. Meow is not just a name-it's a lifestyle. This is a cat who knows what he wants, when he wants it, and expects his humans to read the room (and his body language) accordingly. Meow isn't a fan of surprises, pushy people, or sharing the spotlight. He prefers to be the one and only-no dogs, no other cats, and definitely no tiny humans who don't understand personal space. He'll make it clear when he's ready for attention and even clearer when he's ready to be done. (Think "resting tail flick" and "sudden ninja swat.") The key to Meow's heart? Let him make the first move. Start with a quiet confinement space and visit with toys, treats, and tasty meals. A slow build-up of trust will win you a very loyal, very chunky companion. To keep this king of sass in tip-top shape, Meow will need a dental procedure to maintain his health. He also has a suspected benign growth on his tail that should be monitored by his new family over time. Bonus tip: you'll need an XL carrier to chauffeur him home in style-and comfort.
