My story

 "Hi there, I’m Tinkerbell — but my friends call me Bell!   I’m a 12-pound, 4–5-month-old Texas girl with the prettiest deep chocolate brown coat you’ve ever seen. I may be young, but I’ve got an old soul—you can see it in my eyes.   Right now, I’m living with my two fun foster sisters (they’re medium-sized pups) and one very cranky cat-uncle. He let me know real quick that cats are not toys. Message received! We’re cool now.   I LOVE playing in the yard and running around until I burn off all my zoomies. Then it’s naptime—my favorite spots are soft couches and cozy laps. At night, I’m a good sleeper in my covered kennel. I also love chew toys and stuffies (especially the squeaky kind!).   I’m still learning where to potty (I need help with reminders), and I’m teething, so I need lots of safe chew toys. My foster mom says I’m really smart—I’m learning “Sit” and “Stay,” and I’m doing well on a leash too!   I can be a little shy with new people, so please be patient if we meet. Once I know you’re safe, I’ll stick to you like your shadow. Pinky promise.   I’m hoping to find a forever home where I’m not alone too much. I’d love a friendly pup to play with, or a human (or two) who’s home often. I like kiddos too—just maybe not the tiny ones who might step on me...
