My story

Say hello to Kathy! This beautiful Husky/Lab mix was born in April and has the most adorable tan face and soft tricolored coat. Kathy is a gentle soul—she can be a little shy at first, but once she warms up, her sweet personality starts to shine. She loves cuddles, quietly soaking up affection, and playing with her favorite squeaky toys. One of her favorite games is “keep away” with her sister Renee—there’s never a dull moment when they’re together! Kathy and her sister were found at Providence Baptist Church during a prayer service—two innocent pups wandering into the light, maybe looking for someone to love them. Kathy is blossoming more every day and is ready for a forever home where she can feel safe, cherished, and free to be her soft, spunky self. Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
