My story

Meet Hunny, a sweet and friendly 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix from Arkansas who’s as loving as her name suggests. Hunny came to us after her family could no longer keep her, but she’s taken the change in stride and is now looking for a forever home where she can truly shine. She’s great with other dogs, does well with cats, and is wonderful with kids — making her an ideal addition to a family household. True to her Aussie roots, Hunny is smart, eager to please, and enjoys staying active, whether it`s playtime in the yard or going for walks. She also has a gentle, affectionate side and loves being close to her people. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL! The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Thursday & Friday, 4 pm-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
