My story

Meet Cookie, a young pittie mix with a heart as big as his name is sweet! Cookie came to us severely underweight and with weak wrists and ankles—likely the result of spending much of his early life confined to a crate. This lack of movement led to underdeveloped connective tissue in his lower legs, affecting his posture. With regular exercise, love, and time to grow, Cookie’s condition may continue to improve. A consultation with your veterinarian could help explore additional options to support his progress. Despite his tough start, Cookie remains incredibly loving, gentle, and eager to shower affection on everyone he meets. He’s a resilient pup with a bright future ahead—and he’s ready to find a family that will give him the care, love, and freedom he’s always deserved.
